Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are required for formal items, bridal gowns, and orders of 5 items or more.
How long do alterations take?
Our usual turnaround is 10 business days, but in the more busy months it can be subject to change. Please allow for as much time as possible for special-occasion garments.
Do you do same-day alterations?
We are always happy to help out a loyal customer in a pinch! Rush orders of 1-3 day turnarounds may incur a fee of $10-$20--please call to inquire.
Do you sell evening gowns?
Yes! Our dedicated store located at City Plaza #03-77 procures a selection of evening and formal wear for your special occasions. Custom-ordered gowns are also available upon order.
Do you sell your evening gowns online?
No, unfortunately these are not currently available online. Please visit our store to view our current inventory.
Do you do dry-cleaning?
We are a dedicated retail and tailor shop and do not offer in-house dry-cleaning, but are happy to make recommendations!
Do you steam garments?
We do a light steam on all garments we work on, but do not offer separate steaming service.
Do you work on traditional clothing (i.e., Chinese, Malay, Indian, etc.)?
Yes!
What do I have to bring to the fitting?
Bring a pair of shoes that you plan on wearing with the dress for length alterations.
